In Q1 2022, the top 5 air travel apps in Israel exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the metrics for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Ryanair saw a steady increase in weekly downloads throughout the quarter, starting from around 745 and peaking at 2.4K in the week of February 14, before a slight decline to 1.6K by the end of March. Weekly active users also rose steadily, reaching a high of 4.4K in mid-February, tapering off to about 3.5K by the last week of March.

EL AL experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at 621 and reaching approximately 2K in early March. Active users followed a similar trend, climbing from 2.9K at the end of December to around 4.4K by the beginning of March, maintaining a steady level through the end of the quarter.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker had a significant spike in weekly downloads, particularly in the week of February 21, with downloads surging to 5.7K. This spike was reflected in active users as well, peaking at around 4.8K during the same week. Weekly revenue showed a steady increase, peaking at $860 during the week of February 7.

Wizz Air - Book Flights demonstrated a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 619 and reaching 1.9K by the end of March. Active users also showed an upward trend, from 1.9K at the end of December to over 3.2K by the end of the quarter.

easyJet: Travel App showed a steady rise in weekly downloads, from 260 at the start of the quarter to 832 by the end of February. Weekly active users increased from 1.7K in late December to around 2.9K by mid-February, maintaining a stable level through the end of March.
